Prepare detailed estimate for following item of works for one-roomed building: (Use fig.c)
a) Earthwork in excavation.
b) 12 mm thick plaster work inside and outside the building.
c) Door and windows frame and shutters.
From the attached plan and section (Figure 2) of single room building, estimate the quantities.
i) Earthwork in excavation
ii) Brickwork in 1:6 c/s mortar up to plinth level
iii) 12.5 mm thick plastering in room and ceiling
iv) Door window shutter (assume door window frame is 0.1m × 0.1m)
From the attached plan and section of single room building, estimate the quantities.
i) Brickwork in foundation up to plinth with 1:6 cement mortar.
ii) 2 cm DPC at plinth level.
iii) Brickwork in superstructure in cement mortar.
